History: The Mariniaks (Marylee's parents) bought this house in 1948. In this picture you can see the original breezeway which separated the house from the garage. Marylee is sitting on the front steps. 

 As the family grew Steve Mariniak added living space to the house one room at a time over the span of several years. The 1st project was to enclose the breezeway and turn it into a dining room. Later the 1 car garage was turned into a master bedroom and bathroom. The sun room was the last living space to be added. 

These rooms added an additional 501sq ft for a total of  1196 sq ft of un-air-condition living space.

Additionally, he built a non attached two car garage in the back yard. These projects were completed in the late sixties.

In the early eighties central air was added to all but the sun room.

That completed all the work done in the 20th century.
